Candia tested Neosens solutions to follow-up its cleaning-in-place procedures.

UHT sterilization is done through a heat treatment in order to destroy germs and to induce a better product conservation.
This principle generates fouling phenomenon with various thickness inside heat exchangers.

Candia has chosen to test the Neosens sensors within an industrial production line for online, continuous and real-time monitoring of the fouling evolution and elimination in its milk sterilizers.

The results illustrated changes in fouling generated by various types of milks. Moreover, it shows that the removal of these deposits is under control during the cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedures.

To check the effectiveness of the CIP, to increase the production runs and to optimize CIP are all possible goals through the use of Neosens monitoring solutions.
